This is what you can expect during your apprenticeship:
- You will work in all commercial areas (order processing, sales, purchasing, accounting, marketing, human resources)
- You will also get to know our technical areas (warehouse/logistics and manufacturing) to better understand our products
- You will support our departments in their day-to-day operations and learn our sales channels and sales techniques from scratch
- Planning, coordination and implementation of various agile projects
- Independent work in a solution-oriented team
- The course contents are sales techniques, sales psychology, communication skills, as well as basic legal knowledge
This is what we expect from you:
- high school graduation/University of Applied Sciences Entrance Qualification
- Interest in commercial processes and economic contexts
- Social skills such as reliability and team spirit
- High level of commitment and initiative
- Aptitude for mathematics as well as commercial thinking
- Good feeling for languages in both German and English
- Good ability to express oneself and comprehension of texts, both spoken and written
- Negotiation skills and communication skills
